By the power of The Living God and in the name of Jesus Christ, my Lord and Saviour, I make these declarations loud and clear:

1. My mind is free! My emotions are free! My soul is free! Free in the freedom and victory that Christ already won for me. Free to embrace the fullness of life that Christ gives me.
2. Because of the sacrifice of Jesus, I have proof of unconditional love by my Heavenly Father who forever and wholeheartedly loves and accepts me.
3.  I mount up in the spirit just like on the wings of an eagle and I soar to greater heights and dimensions of purpose and possibilities.
4.  I am being perfected daily (spirit, soul, mind and body) by the help of The Holy Spirit and by the power of the irrevocable word of God!
8. Because of the victory that I have in Christ, I am mechanized with victory in my DNc.
9. My life and legacy is a testimony to the glory of my Heavenly Father.
10. When I wake up in the morning, all of heaven's hosts and angel-armies are excited to see me awake to fulfill divine purpose.
11. I will not leave this earth without fulfilling my eternal mandate.
12. Because all things are working together for my good, I am Godfident that my life yields for eternal gain.
13. No dark cloud has the permission to hang over my head, over my thoughts and over my emotions. I banish dark clouds from my zone because the heavens are open over me.
14. Because of the resurrection power, only Jesus The Son of righteousness is permitted to have total jurisdiction over my life.
15. I command my spirit, my soul, my mind, my body to align with the joy of The Lord which is my strength and to be ruled with the peace of The Lord which is my guard.
16. My times and seasons are ordained and redefined by Heaven's agenda. I refuse to base the progress of my life on the timelines set by men. I refuse to compare myself with others and their experiences.
17. I take one day and one step at a time knowing that The Lord goes before me like a Mighty Warrior to make every crooked place straight and to level every Mountain on my way.
18. I refuse to accept that any mistake that I made or painful experience that I have gone through has doomed my entire life. I declare this because all things truly work together for my good because I love The Lord and I am called according to His eternal purpose.
19. I forgive myself. I forgive myself. By the help of The Lord, I forgive myself. I forgive anyone who has hurt, used, bruised and harmed me. By the help of The Lord, I forgive them.
20. Mercy flows from the river of life from the throne of God towards me. I receive this as a healing balm and as a refreshing for my soul.
21. By the power of The Living Christ and in Jesus' name, I refuse to be a slave held bound in the chains of the prison of fear, pain and trauma.
22. By the power of The Living Christ and in Jesus' name, I break every stronghold and I refuse to repeat negative cycles and painful patterns. 
23. I matter to God. Everything about my life and destiny matters to God.
24. I have good and pleasant thoughts. I think good and pleasant thoughts.
25. I have been bought with an eternal price. My life is not a playground and I refuse to entertain fear, anxiety, depression, oppression, suicidal tendencies and negative thinking.
26. I only see the goodness of The Lord all around me. 
27. I have the mind of Christ. I am not a dumping ground for the enemy. I refuse to replay negative scenes, hurtful words and harmful events.
28. The presence of The Lord is my original atmosphere. In His presence, overflowing praise fills my mouth and abundant joy fills my heart.
29. I will yet see the goodness of The Lord in the land of the living. 
30. I am marked by Christ. I belong to Jesus. Therefore, let no enemy, no pain, no evil trouble me.
31. The voice of the blood of Jesus has drowned out every contrary voice speaking against me. 
32.Jesus is my Good Shepherd. I know the sound of His voice. His voice is a voice of goodness, mercy and love. Therefore, Suicide, I can never hear you. Depression, I can never hear you. cnxiety, I can never hear you. Fear, I can never hear you etc.
33. I have the mind of Christ. Therefore, I refuse to be tormented in my mind because I have power, love and a sound mind.
34. I am led by The Holy Spirit. I am helped by The Holy Spirit. I receive the leading and help of The Holy Spirit in every area of my life.
35. By divine help, I am guided in wisdom and knowledge to make sound decisions and right judgments.
36. I declare that I will not fall prey to any quick fix or any contrary or negative self-help methods. 
37.I declare that I enjoy the life that Christ has given me in abundance of abundance.
38. I receive strength from the word of God and courage to face each day of my life trusting that my life is being transformed daily into what The Lord purposefully intended for it to be.
39. I trust in The Lord with all my heart. I do not lean on my own understanding. I do not lean on my feelings or emotions. I do not lean on my moods or reactions. In all my ways, I acknowledge Him to lead and direct my path.
40. I am never alone. I see The Lord's face ever before me. I know His presence surrounds me. I know that His mighty hand is upon me. I know that the power of His word upholds me.
41. Let everything that I need for my healing and emergence come to me. Right now, I call forth from the North, South, East and West-every person, every resource, every help, every word, every song, everything necessary for me to move forward in life comes to me. 
42. The Prince of Peace lives in me. His name is Jesus Christ. Therefore, my life is filled with His peace which passes all human understanding.
43. By the transformative power of Jesus, all my scars become stars.
44. I may have been troubled on every side, yet I am not distressed. Perplexed but not in despair. Persecuted but not forsaken; cast down, but not destroyed. Regardless of the situation or circumstance, Christ still manifests and reveals Himself in me and through me.
45. The excellence of God's eternal power will always find expression through me.
46. The Lord is faithful to His word concerning me. He has promised and He will never fail. 
47. I declare that my life has become a praise report and a trend for Jesus.
48. I declare that my healing is permanent and my emergence is sure.
49. I declare that nothing and no one will ever rob me of what I have already gained. Nothing will make me reopen closed chapters or relive what I have already been delivered from.
50. On this journey of emergence, I receive a shoulder to lean on, a hand to hold, a home of refuge, a cushion from a fall, a prayer partner, a voice of affirmation, financial provision, a safe space and a trusted alliance, in Jesus' name.
51. I declare that the battle for my life and emancipation has already been won for me by Jesus my Saviour, my Deliverer, my Healer and my Restorer.
