Blessings trickle down another generation wins
Left with a lack of knowledge and they perish in the cold
Re-envisioning the future there's a story to be told
There's a war going on outside, but there's a catch ‘cause no bullets been fired
In the name of self-destruction, everybody lives lies
Just look around, how many n***** have died, I'll tell you why
Insecure inside a lack of knowledge of self
Some problems might arrive, accumulations of wealth
The n**** right beside looks like lunch on a shelf 
c stack of cards too many of us have dealt 
Sometimes I've felt the same, you survive you just a martyr in pain
I ‘dun died a hundred times an anonymous name
How many tears does it take for the world to see pain?
Peep the visions in my pictures, a preposterous frame 
For me to codify, the definition of purpose what I personify, and you interpret the means
It's easy for a n**** just to sit up and dream but turning wheels not as easy as it seems
To get that cream, you ‘gotta have a vision, you ‘gotta have the heart
The struggle before the shine will be what sets you apart
From the leaches in the languish of a life in the dark, that seek to prey like a treacherous shark
On this journey that I embark, I'll never question what it takes to succeed (But I won't)
Ever compromise the faith I believe (Even though)
ct times I hesitate on where this could lead, I'll be a fool just to settle for greed
Father please, help me understand, what it takes to be a man and truly make a stand 
When Luci has an open hand to each and every demand, I guess it's part of a plan
When you swim in troubled waters looking desperate for land ------ Damn
Do you have what it takes?
To propel in bitter hell where they expect you to break
You can lose it all even in the slightest mistake, probably the reason me and you can relate 
So, my music is no escape from the reality we see
Just a meditation on the who we strive to be 
These letters for sale are merely visions of a dream
