Oh, oh, oh
Oh, oh, oh
Oh, oh, oh
This is the night

I'm locked in the bathroom
Scrubbing my face and praying
that I'll get my act together
For all of my friends that in the night

Don't try to include me
Suffocate me, then they lose me in
The crowd, a solitary scream
I gilded your altar but

Now you refuse me
You refuse me
Oh, oh, oh
Oh, oh, oh

I can feel that they are happier without me
Oh, oh, oh
They pay no mind as they fall into ecstasy
Oh, oh, oh

I feel the night, it's in my blood
It's all over me
Over me
Oh, oh, oh
I can see the knife, it's gleaming with certainty

In the night, I pray for something more
All right, you bring me to the floor this night
I hope that I'm not wrong, be right
As I lay my veins so bare

This is my Achilles
I get brave and then I'm reeling
I have filled my heart with feelings
Fabricated in my musings

You are my Achilles
You see that I am refusing
To take a step, make a mark this way

Oh, oh, oh
I can feel that they are happier without me
Oh, oh, oh
They pay no mind as they fall into ecstasy

Oh, oh, oh
I feel the night, it's my blood
It's all over me
Over me

Oh, oh, oh
I can see the knife, it's gleaming with certainty

I walk home, alone
It gets cold in the night
Streetlights, so bright
I can't see the light
Call me beauty queen
Cover of magazine
I scream jealousy
On me, on me
Oh, oh, oh
Oh, oh, oh

Oh, oh, oh
Oh, oh, oh
I can't see the light
Oh, oh, oh

I can feel that they are happier without me
Oh, oh, oh
They pay no mind as they fall into ecstasy
Oh, oh, oh

Oh, oh, oh
I feel the night, it's my body
It's all over me
Over me

Oh, oh, oh
I can see the knife, it's gleaming with certainty
