Sitting in this warm room, full of people - guess what? They all adore you

Of the shit that he's seen, and all the stuff that he been through

All the love he's seen, and the people he met

Your uncle comes in, carrying collard greens for the potluck

He asks you, “How’s college life going?”, it’s going just fine
And every mother's child is gonna spy
As everybody settles down, the table begins to be set
To see if reindeer really know how to fly
