Look em in the eye, dive into their rising tide
Then they tighten around you and you're laughing at they joke
So happy that they found you

The high-pitch hiss when a breeze
No longer is inconspicuous travelling through the trees
The moving air generate sound patterns offa the leaves
Close your eyes and hear the symphonies

And while you're at it, scan a little more
You hear that? I call it the human drone
Anything with an engine just roaring into the stratosphere
And yet it harmonizes with the Earth around us

I'm just marvelling at it sometimes
Watching live episodes of Planet Earth
Phenomenon that is infinite to discover
Just on our planet let alone upon all others

Behind the wheel as you're travelling down a road
That's winding through a forest, trees behind and before us and around us
The beauty is inescapable
The scene nourishes and my plate is full

When you struggle at telling yourself you got this
Then you stop a reminisce upon everything you've accomplished
Then you wonder why you don't do it that often
And towards yourself you truly do need to soften
When you lose hours reading a good book
