Living inside this dried well for all of my life
Years dried up water, now I'm lonesome and thirsty
Sheltered by liquid from the troubles above
Now, with no protection I'm exposed to sunlight

Climbing up the stones, reaching for the surface
All I see is a wasteland with no living being in sight
I was born in water and I learned to live like fish
But now the soil is burning and I'm left to decease
What has this world coming into? I can't determine
And old saying says nature tells the truth, and now I understand
Tossing away the gifts of Mother Earth in spite of instant
Gratification, humanity is left to rot

I won't accept the fate the world designed for me
Into the depths of this dried well I will rise and claim victory
I'll learn to live in an environment which is not my own
I will win and everyone will hail me as savior

I try to reason with humans but they can't understand
My beast-like gesticulation isn't welcomed here
I try to do the same mocking their moves
But they just dismiss me as a next-door catastrophist

I've spoken to every human on Earth during their dreams
I've said all I could but they weren't even listening
I've foretold many disasters on this world
But everyone shakes his head and says just "Everything will end well"
Now I've lost my hope to save this world from humans
Guess humans were this world's ultimate disaster
I retire on this dried well waiting for a new time
When superhumans will descend and change everyone's mind
