A little backed up

And I took all this darkness and turned it from madness to passion

And that's just how it happened

I wasn't raised this way, I wasn't born awake
Despite all my rage, I just meditate
Even when I'm depressed and devastated
I put the pen to paper and I create

And I welcome all the blessings

I embody compassion
And I come out from under
I am not afraid
I am energized
And I am unphased
By the evil eye
My words are prayers, easily metabolized
Regardless of faith, Heaven actualized
