You grab the beef and you mix it up
With salt and pepper and garlic stuff

Cook it up til it's nice and brown
And when one side's done, flip it upside down
You know I love that sizzle sound
But it's time to put the patty on the burger bun now

You put the bacon on top in a cross (cross)
Then you add the barbeque sauce (s-sauce)

Slap on the cheese (and the vegetables)
Squish it down neat (so it's edible)

Now you're done with your masterpiece
Bring your whole family to your house to eat (bring 'em over)
Invite your mean old Aunt Clarice
To blow her socks right off with your fancy feast

Had just one tiny little bite

That's when a thought came to me
Steve's barbecue was still at a thousand degrees

We realised
But by that time it was too late
Before our eyes
The barbecue burst into flames

The firefighters
Came to assist
But when they smelt the burgers
They couldn't resist
