Mashmakhan is the self-titled debut album of rock fusion band Mashmakhan. Mashmakhan debuted with the single "As the Years Go By" which became a major success selling millions of copies around the world. After three singles, Mashmakhan released their self-titled debut LP album. After the album was released the group released their second album entitled The Family. Later, tracks from the album were featured in several different '70s rock compilation albums as well as two were sampled in some rap tracks. The album was also well received by critics getting a four out of five star review from AllMusic and a favorable review from music website Soul Strut. more »
