Elqui es un proyecto musical iniciado por el músico/compositor Chileno Cristian Riffo el año 2014 en Santiago de Chile. Desde el 2015 a la fecha se ha presentado en diferentes escenarios realizando 2 giras por Chile, además de presentaciones auto gestionadas en Estados Unidos y Nueva Zelanda. Elqui es un despliegue de sensibilidad y sinceridad. Cada presentación es una oportunidad para transformar la intensidad de su sonido en una conexión profunda entre personas unidas por el amor a la música y su contenido. Las canciones recorren diferentes matices, en coherencia al espíritu que en su momento las originan, pero siempre con una fuerte influencia de sonidos acústicos y la experimentación. Melodías de tonalidades brillantes y muy presentes, con cierto tinte melancólico, pero pensadas para incitar a la reflexión y agitar el corazón.
