Steven Grant Lee Jr. (born March 22, 1999), known professionally as Stract (an acronym for Seeking To Reveal A Closer Truth), is an American rapper, singer, songwriter, and record producer from Los Angeles, California. The lofi hip-hop artist surfaced in July of 2018 with Shiloh Dynasty collaboration “Tell Me Why I’m Waiting.” This was followed by the release of his debut album “Distractions” (released February 14, 2019), an 11-track LP featuring appearances from a diverse range of collaborators such as Shiloh Dynasty, Russell Groovy, and Numbers Game. Months after his debut, Stract returned in July of 2019 with yet another Shiloh Dynasty collaboration, “Losing Interest,” which became his breakthrough, eventually landing him a contract with CORBAL Records in April of 2020.
