Lokust Luciano is the first rapper with Cerebral Palsy, who has been active in multiple facets of the Hip-Hop scene since 1998. At the age of 9 he was writing lyrics and producing music and it wasn’t long after that he miraculously got himself out of his wheelchair for good; even though the doctors didn’t think it would be possible. He has been active on the west coast of America for the last 10 years, touring regularly across California and Arizona. Lokust has stayed true to his views and not conformed to the ‘mainstream norm’, this has led to him garnering the attention of several prominent figures in the music industry by being ‘raw and unrefined’ with his lyrics and attitude.
