After years of flirting with this idea, a late night jam session transformed the idea into reality and Flintlock Annie was born. DeAnna and Daniel always enjoyed sharing the stage with each other at different events, but the timing just never seemed right. DeAnna had several different bands that she was singing with and Daniel was pushing forward with his Solo Songwriter / Singer adventure. But when the two of them got together... something powerfully soulful always seemed to happen. DeAnna brought to the table her power packed rootsy vocals, her drummer, and her bass player. Daniel brought his laid back vocal style and guitar, his pedal steel player, and his bass player. (Yes, Joseph played in both of their bands and always wanted this merger to happen.) Flintlock Annie creates a grungy americana sound mixed with soulful undertones.
