4GET is a song written about the crippling anxiety that I have always fought through in my life, either during or moving on from a relationship. I have a pattern of overthinking, and I feel like that hasn’t ever changed. The feelings I go through in the middle of dating someone that I’m actively unsure about can be damaging, and I have to console with a counselor or friends in order to actively figure myself out.
