You know when you read something and it describes maybe some sort of disorder or some sort of condition and You can see yourself being described in that thing And it's a comforting feeling to know it's no just you that you can kind of see something, it doesn't matter what it Is, it could be alcoholism, it could be depression, anxiety It could be something like adhd or one of these other kind of disorders And you go, wait a minute - that's me! If i said to you, oh i'm feeling really down What'd i mean by that exactly? How much am i down on a scale of one to ten? How do i tell you, you just don't know. the brain's so complicated. And just as the doctor cannae really work me out, i'm imagining him doubting me Like doubting me, humiliated in front of the doctor like that, i cannot take it anymore doctor, i cannae take it I'm one of the cunts that cannae cope I cannae take it anymore I cannae do this anymore, i just cannae, I cannae think my way out of it I cannae think my way out of it - I don't know I don't know what the alternative is to this fucking life You'll get guys who say "man up" Forget about that I think what's more important than manning up Is making sure you're no a man down It's also important to, to not, not be strong Do you know what i mean?
