I'm feeling kinda low, my spirit's feeling heavy, thoughts racing around my head, they won't let me be I gotta find a way to find some clarity, my mind, my body, my soul, they all need that therapy Sometimes life's a struggle, can't escape the pressure, worries inside, they're always getting stronger But, I know, I gotta find a way to find some closure, my mind, my body, my soul, they all need that exposure Mental health is so important, can't neglect it, gotta find a way to heal it, gotta respect it, mind, body, and soul, they need to be connected Gotta find peace within myself, can't let it be neglected Gotta find some positive energy, gotta find some peace, can't let stress take over, gotta find my own relief, my mind, my body, my soul, they all need healing I've been through dark times, felt like I was sinking, drowning, but I know deep down within, gotta keep pushing, keep pushing Mental health is wealth, can't put a price on your sanity People telling me I'm crazy, they don't know my story, they don't know what I've been through I've had to fight for my own glory, mental health is wealth, you can't put a price on your sanity Drowning in my own thoughts, but I found a way to float, I put my faith in me myself, now I'm feeling whole Don't let anyone put you down, it's okay, you need a helping hand Take care of your mental health, you be on top of the world I don't need no drugs, no alcohol, just a positive mind, that's all Sometimes I meditate, sometimes I pray, but either way my mind is okay I'm feeling good now, my head's feeling lighter, I found some inner peace, I found some closure My mind, my body, my soul, they all in sight, I know I gotta keep working, gotta keep on living right I got here one day with a frown on my face, didn't know where I was, was so confused about everything Then time came, and I got to know people who were going through the same thing as me Wow, I'm not alone, I have so many to count on Keep your mind together, because your mind can be the way With all the sorrow inside, gotta hold on to the light, be the light of the day Let the real you shine over the darkness you have Love is everywhere, so look inside, you will find You will find the love of God to help you through all you are going through It's the treat , don't you ever forget it Get your Bible and go for heaven Live your life to love, and look out for bros You need the ones around you, you know love Because love will bring you more love, and no hate Because hate is the opposite of need in the world We need peace in the world, peace in the world, peace in the world
