Daydreaming

Daydream a lot sometimes forget it's a dream I get lost until I snap back into reality Wish I could turn that dream to reality Then I realize it has technicalities Life can hit you so hard its unbalancing I refuse to give up though it challenging I will shine a light though I'm raveling I said what I said no turning back Still keep going on no I never pause Do it for the passion no need to stall No deferring my dreams got to give it all I keep getting back up even though I may fall Still manage to make it through all Take deep breaths attack it like jaws Add and subtract people there just because Who wasn't there for you when were down Soon as you say no get mad at you frown Keep that same energy you had when I wasn't around Now you decide to come back around It's simply convenient you come back in town Round of applause you can stop acting now You give me motivation to proceed in the talents that I have I will appreciate the good and the bad I know everybody doesn't wanna see you glad But be so happy when you are so mad Misery loves company stop trying to follow someone else's path Appreciate what you already have If it's for you already have Stop thinking everything's all good just because you see somebody laugh You never know what going on behind the scenes Everything not always as it seems You don't what they had through to get where they're at in between the dream A lot of sacrifices taking chances Use all they had to keep advancing Take a lot of loses still remain standing Not even know when they'll be landing When they'll be landing Daydreaming daydreaming It seems so real It seems so real It seems so real Daydreaming daydreaming Daydreaming daydreaming daydreaming daydreaming daydreaming Yes I can like the nutty professor Facing my fears I must address it In another mind set not giving life to the past Looking straight ahead never looking back Go in to attack when I'm real focus Have a mind of my own you notice No jedi mind trick No hocus pocus Trying so hard going unnoticed Way overdue like the rent payment Working on making boss moves sick of slaving Everytime I put something back Something comes up So there's no change in my account savings It's another way Im a push through I done came too far to cut loose No time to sit got to much to do To much to throw away I got a lot to lose Even on my off days I'm working on a move No matter what the next say I'll figure out my next Don't have all the pieces to the puzzle yet But it's coming together you can bet on that No chance of getting me off track Because I'm too fast Always keep a spare off in my stash Time you blink your eye I'm on the next task Flash quick like a camera capture that In place always I can't say that Playback I had a dream about counting stack Build up an empire with my better half Guess you can say I'm on the right path Everyday's not sunny in my forecast But I find a way to smile Don't have to broadcast One day will be first since I'm always last Life all about first steps taking chance Daydreaming daydreaming Seems so real seems so real seems so real Daydreaming daydreaming daydreaming Daydreaming daydreaming daydreaming
