Fusa

Joey Fusani, better known by his stage name Fusa, is an independent rapper from Lancaster, a suburb of Buffalo, New York. He is known for his love and pride for his hometown, Buffalo, and has gained popularity through his honest and relatable lyrics, which often touch on personal experiences. In July 2017, Fusa released his first EP called "The Mixtape" on YouTube and SoundCloud. He recorded most of the tracks in his dining room with a used Electro-Voice RE20 microphone. This project helped him develop his style, where he put a unique twist on old-school Boombap hip-hop. In 2018, Fusa released his debut album "22", produced by James Gilsdorf.
