I went to jam with a friend of mine he popped the cork on some homemade wine

And sees my standing waiting at the door

She opened the fridge cracked a smile and said

We grabbed some beers raised them high l Looked into her blood shot eyes
We tink the bottles and in unison we sang
I'm Thirsty, Yeah Thirsty, and all those angry words are just not working
Let's drink a toast to the 2 of us oh yes we can just because
We always find a way to keep each other thirsty
