Healing begins to expose what has long been buried, unacknowledged, or pushed away
Healing is a pretty word with an atrocious process, and most will back away at this point
But I encourage you to be different
See all that is arising as a gift
You just have to remember, whatever comes to the surface is trying to be healed
You are ready for lasting growth
The only way path there exists within
Please recite this healing daily until you feel the energy lift
As you take your attention away from the problem and focus on the release
It will no longer exist as a vibrational factor in your point of attraction
This shift will create a medicinal and soothing vibration in your energy field
Clearing the space for you to truly heal
Lets begin
My heart grounds to mother Earth and plugs into Divinity
I step into this healing space
My guardian angel now surrounds me
I take the problem I am facing and place it out in front of me
I see my part in this situation
I ask the Essence of God within to remove all the negative earthbound energy
Negative images, unhealthy beliefs, destructive cellular memories
And unbalanced energies from this situation completely
I gracefully release this energy out in front of me now
I lay down all barriers
I let go of all judgments
I now take this energy and hand it over to God
God generously takes this situation from my hands
And erases all the negativity tied into this situation
I am left clean
I am so grateful
I feel this past energy lift out and away from me
I now see that this Divine Light is expanding into the room from my heart
I then open my body, soul, aura, and am filled with this brilliant Divine Light
I see this column of sparkling, shimmering, vibrant Divine Light filling my whole being
I am cleansing in this now moment
I am receiving a healing over every cell in my body
I am cleansed and cleared
Poof, it's gone
I align with the truth of myself
I am a good person
I have a healthy heart grounded in goodness
I am free
I completely and fully step into all the highest vibration available to me
I choose the path of light
I shine this powerful light into my world
I become the freedom that I am
I thank you guardian Angel for opening my awareness
I thank you God for Lifting my vibration
I thank my Divine team for connecting my energies and my human tendencies
To the highest point of light
