The Ted Lewis Orchestra was a prominent American jazz band led by Ted Lewis. Formed in the early 1920s, they gained popularity during the Roaring Twenties playing a blend of jazz, dance, and novelty music. Lewis was known for his distinctive clarinet playing and his catchy catchphrase, "Is everybody happy?" The orchestra achieved numerous chart-topping hits and became one of the most successful bands of their time.
