Charlie Palomares was a Puerto Rican musician and composer. He was known for his contributions to the salsa and Latin jazz genres in the 1960s and 1970s. Palomares played the piano and was a part of various influential bands during his career, including El Gran Combo and La Terrífica. He was recognized for his talent as a songwriter, with many of his compositions becoming popular hits within the Latin music scene. Although he is no longer active, Charlie Palomares leaves behind a significant musical legacy.
