Arbete Och Fritid was a Swedish musical group formed in 1969. They were known for their unique blend of traditional folk music with elements of jazz and improvisation. The band released several albums throughout the 1970s and had a significant influence on the Swedish progressive folk scene. However, they disbanded in 1976.
