The Boo Radleys

The Boo Radleys were an English alternative rock band of the 1990s who were associated with the shoegazing and Britpop movements. They were formed in Wallasey, Merseyside, England in 1988, with Rob Harrison on drums, singer/guitarist Sice Rowbottom, guitarist/songwriter Martin Carr, bassist Timothy Brown . Their name is taken from the character Boo Radley in Harper Lee's 1960 novel, To Kill a Mockingbird. Shortly after the release of their first album, Hewitt replaced Rob Harrison on drums and he was in turn replaced by Rob Cieka. The band split up in 1999. more »

Could I get much colder
To live somewhere else
In my head and in my heart
Is it to much to forgive

And if I were much wiser
Maybe I would realize
That it's not where you are
It's who you're with

But maybe it's brighter down there
Maybe it's wilder
Maybe it's brighter down there
Maybe it's wilder

You have seen the worst of me
For that I'm truly sorry
It's not you, it's this place
And not knowing where to turn

Maybe I would be sorry
But I need to find out
I know you don't understand
I can't blame you for that

But maybe it's brighter down there
Maybe it's wilder
maybe it's brighter down there
Maybe it's wilder
