(I'm here to tell you a story, about the birth of our Lord Jesus Christ)

(Listen to the story)...

Long time ago in Bethlehem
So the Holy Bible says,
Mary's Boy Child Jesus Christ,
Was born on Christmas Day.

While shepherds watched their flocks by night,
They saw a bright new shining star,
They heard a choir sing,
The music seemed to come from afar.

Hark now hear the angels sing,
A new King born today,
And man will live for evermore,
Because of Christmas Day.

(Jesus Christ is born, so let us rejoice and be glad)

Listen....
Now Joseph and his wife Mary,
Came to Bethlehem that night,
She found no place to bear her child,
Not a single room was in sight.

By and by they found a little nook,
In a stable all forlorn,
And in a manger cold and dark,
Mary's little boy was born.

Hark now hear the angels sing,
A new King born today,
And man will live for evermore,
Because of Christmas Day.

(Jesus is the reason for the reason, alleluia)

O come, O come, Emmanuel,
And ransom captive Israel,
That mourns in lonely exile here,
Until the Son of God appear.

O come, Thou Rod of Jesse, free
Thine own from Satan's tyranny;
From depths of hell Thy people save,
And give them victory o'er the grave.

Rejoice! Rejoice! Emmanuel
Shall come to thee, O Israel.

Rejoice! Rejoice! Emmanuel
Shall come to thee, O Israel.

Let the world rejoice, Africa rejoice
Nigeria rejoice, let the whole earth rejoice.

God rest you merry, gentlemen,
Let nothing you dismay,
Remember Christ our Saviour
Was born on Christmas Day;
To save us all from Satan's pow’r
When we were gone astray.
O tidings of comfort and joy

From God, our heav’nly Father,
A blessed angel came;
And unto certain shepherds
Brought tidings of the same;
How that in Bethlehem was born
The Son of God by name.

O tidings of Comfort and joy
O tidings of Comfort and joy
O tidings of Comfort and joy
O tidings of Comfort and joy

Mary, did you know that your baby boy
Would one day walk on water?
Mary, did you know that your baby boy
Would save our sons and daughters?
Did you know that your baby boy
Has come to make you new?
This child that you delivered, will soon deliver you

Mary, did you know that your baby boy
Will give sight to a blind man?
Mary, did you know that your baby boy
Will calm the storm with his hand?
Did you know that your baby boy
Has walked where angels trod?
When you kiss your little baby
You kiss the face of God

Mary did you know?
Mary did you know.....

The blind go see again
the lame man go walk
the deaf go hear
no longer barrenness in the land

The blind go see again
the lame man go walk
the deaf go hear
no longer barrenness in the land

The blind go see again
the lame man go walk
the deaf go hear
no longer barrenness in the land

The blind go see again
the lame man go walk
the deaf go hear
no longer barrenness in the land

Merry Christmas
