God's grace
God's grace is more than what we realize
So here's an auditory picture that's about to be described that you should visualize

God's grace picked me up without hesitation
When I'd fallen into the same sin a thousand times
It reached out and pulled me back
When I definitely crossed that line
God's grace kept me sane
When I thought I was losing my mind
God's grace stepped in between me and death
That night I was going to commit suicide
God's grace mended my shattered heart
When my actions were the cause of its damage
It planted the Seed
That was birthed just to die and through that, to me, His righteousness was granted
God's grace was that breath of fresh air
When I was suffocating from anger and hate
It lifted my head up and gave me comfort
When I was too embarrassed to look Him in the face
God's grace was that life guard that saved me
When I was drowning in depression and despair
It gave me strength that I didn't have
When I was weaker than a strand of hair
God's grace was that chastisement
When I was full of sin and disrespect
And it was combined with His love
That softened my heart and took me to my knees where I could do nothing but repent
God's grace is undeserving
But He freely gives it to me daily
It delivered me from that death I deserved
Because he chose to save me
I could've been strung out, in jail, body full of diseases, or dead in my sin
But He saved me for a reason
And that's why the name of this album is Bondage to Freedom
Because of His grace, I am free, I am still here and He has made me whole
He gives me peace in my times of trouble, it becomes well with my soul
I have never felt so free
And in my season of loneliness He comforts and makes me smile
So the tears I cry don't last but a moment because I know He'll make it worthwhile

God's grace did all these things
When I didn't even know what it was
Now I know it's His unmerited favor
And His infinite love
God is more than just
That man in the sky
He's been walking with with me since day one
Yea, He's the literal definition of a true ride and die
Let me put it like this
God's grace is John 3:16
And there's no love greater than that
It replenishes and restores that empty well you've been trying to fill
That the world takes away and does not give back
That picture that I just painted for you
Was a painting of my life that left me with so many regrets
And the only reason why I'm able to stand here and describe it to you
Is because of
God's grace!
