Sometimes life is a struggle
Everyone trying to support themselves when they outta be together in a huddle
I'm not very subtle when I get In the studio, grab a mic and splash in my puddle
Getting my thoughts everywhere Trying to express to people how much I love em
It's tough when there's a problem in your life that you can't really stand to have
But because you slave over it over and over by yourself there's no choice to be had
Unheard problems will always be problems forever and always unless you find someone with to share the burden with on the rainy days. Basket case is always where you're headed when you're driving by yourself
Unless you get help, supported like a shelf, there's no good way for it to be dealt
Keep it inside and it's not good for your health and it'll block your path to wealth
And I don't mean all money, all the time
I know what it means when you are blessed with a friends time and that is sublime to have an abundance doesn't mean the paper, something that is never really mine
I know what it means more and more over time
But that's not really the case is it, when you spend your time alone with your thoughts sending you into a pit
It's not good for you my friends, let's help you get out of it

Time to be honest
I never really thought I would do this
To me this is stupid even bringing up this issue
But for years of my life I would stay up with the computers and the tissue
Watching people's lives be taken away was something I could not continue
So I threw down my selfish crown, sat them down, and told them what was true
About my habits and how I had to have my fix And what I could ever do
To get their love back for a son who was incredibly disobedient
But the disappointment was never there, for they loved me through it
Their love and grace got me through the day and it's all because I had to release and just say the words out loud
Which broke every chain standing in my way
And that's the path to freedom but there's a paradox to pay
It takes everything you have and more to live the true life of selflessness
But it's also easy to enter the gates and see the work of true deliverance
If you have nobody to talk to seek out the righteous people in your life
And if nobody will listen to you come and find me day or night
Everyone deserves a chance to be listened to and treated like a human being
That's why we can love those around us even on certain things we aren't agreeing
And that's just what I'm seeing
But you gotta say something
