Lucid dream states give illusion we control these components.

Thought I had it all figured out.
An arrogant soul lacking a humble doubt.
I know it's wrong, I learned from the experience.
Rest assured, life still runs some interference.
Still struggling, still bugging; put gas in the tank just to keep the motor running.
Trying to get from start to finish, but still focused on the minute.

Holding fast to these creations, learning to accept abdication.

But death is our destination, that's the sincerest revelation.
