From the water in the ground to the lightening in the sky
She brought the gifts of fasting to the people
From the stars and the earth, that's her strength, against the evil
Her daddy was the bear and her mother was from the moon
Wenona grew up fast, no one tells her what to do
So she fell in love with that western wind when he comes through
So sweet to him they become each others boos
Deep love, but her parents gave her a warning
