Yes local success it does not take talent it doesn't take skills

I can't even book a show in my hometown 
Guess I didn't know who i needed to know

Even though I emailed and phoned called all the gatekeepers in my city
I guess they didn't hear me 
I used to have alotta friends now all i got is #outlets
I used to have alotta love now my city shoulder shrugs

Oh but through association you can achieve anything
Greatness can be yours, I am known here all the way to overland park

I am known, and I will continue to grow locally
I may not achieve national success 
You may not know me in your city but in my city they know me 
And they pay me money and I know who I need to know! 
So Know who YOU NEED TO KNOW! 45 with 4 kids and possibly one on the way Possibly one one the way! I will never put in "10,000 hours"
