So many bumps in the road that our bones are all shaken
In need of a rest from the hum of the road
No GPS to tell us which exits we should have taken
No movers to help with the load

The journey's rough, the roads are uncertain
And our final destination unknown
The show's not over until the final curtain

The sun goes down, the dark and cold settle in as far as we can see every night
But if you wait 'round long enough, on the horizon you see the first signs of light
