The human brain is in love with the idea  of logic
Everything takes in has to make sense, or it vomits

That safety net you built yourself aint safe for me
I'd rather free fall and get caught in the abyss of it all: a kiss and balled up fist thru the wall
Before I ran I walked, before I walked I crawled before that I was on the floor sprawled
But I'm gettin elevated wit next level revelations
Steppin toward evolution with every respiration 

But then again, progress is only progress comparing past to present 
And the change ain't always obvious
And for that you need a concept of time of which mine is skewed
So it's tough to say what's the same and what's improved
There is no good or evil only change and that's the truth
What's a flame to a star? What's a rock to a moon?
Third rock resident, 30 veteran my intelligence is only evident when relevant
So my time spent trying to remind humans 
The strength of the arm don't even compare to the the pen

It's oranges and apples it's uphill battles
Cows hate taking direction from the other cattle
But each one teach one and I'm on the mic to preach son
Couple billion motherfuckers I'm just tryin to reach one
