Well I can't be for certain, but I think it's been two years
Since she left town and I begged her to stay
And going on without her, was a struggle by the hour
But Jim Beam was there for breakfast every day

And when she left, she took a piece of me

So I don't think that I've got a problem
I've still got a full-time job
