A world of a few,
Red, Green or Blue

Living there since the dawn of time,
She saw us quadruped, now biped.
Her countless species for all time
Create attraction like candy striped.

Mother earth in you we find
Our vital needs. And where is our pride
When we forget to thank you
When we omit to respect you.

Red Why do we turn to the red planet
If we don't have in mind to escape.
Green Why do we only see the greenback
Is that really what we are in lack.
Blue Why couldn't we preserve our land
Blue planet can't be duplicated my friend.
We have to choose our color !

As far back as men goes,
They revered earth and fertilizing gods.
Even today, a few of us respect it,
But what about those plundering, for profit?
Exponential curve of earth's exploitation
Makes our inaction become our sedation.
None of us knows how to stop
This insane machine running amok.
