Swimming in a realm of duality
As I feast on broken cheers
Nibbling's an opportunity, it's clear,
Onions brings tears
One mistake akin to grieving my obsession with dreams, surreal
Reality bites
It's yearning that I feel beneath this edible illusion lies my captivated thoughts
Divine
A marinated fusion, my mind's sauce and the bitter taste of all that's been lost
Layers interwoven
Oh, I'm choking, and all I can do is cope
But this mental meal imparts a heavy lesson
Sometimes crying as we feast is nothing but a blessing
In the end we're all just seeking satiation
Some solace from consuming our creations
A harmonious blend for our soul's jubilation
This burger, my mind, dissected and confined
But still I dine while trying to cope with time
The onion's layers peel, can't digest it all
So, I grieve in sunken dreams
A false reality it seems
My failures laid upon the table
Set with plates of shattered gleams
And as I sink beneath the waves of endless deep lament
I strive to be a fish again, where tranquility's content
Submerged in emotions, I find what keeps me alive
Oh, the tide brings resolution as i struggle to survive
Oh, and as the waves collide
The water's fine, but still I feel confined by my mind's design
A tangled net of memories left behind
Sinking faster like a stone
But no longer I'll be alone
Creatures strange and sights unseen
A world beneath where I can dream
A dance with coral, beneath my mind
Vibrant hues, waterlogged thought
Adrift and tossed this rendezvous
Reveal my own abyss, rabid fraught rings true
A whirlpool of desire, a vortex of despair
I navigate these currents with the utmost care
Sailing through euphoria, melancholia drains motivation
The turbulence that lies beneath the brain, unsanctioned
Leviathans of doubt, tugged by the tide, in drought
You see I long for air, but reprieve it not be
For once you've delved into the depths of devotion
There is no return from this vast notion of truth of love and pain and suicide
Sometimes we die, sometimes we thrive
The cycle starts anew, like rain
The waves crashing down
Return to my watery domain
A Charybdis of emotion
Hesitantly, I contain silent symphony
Shores to the ocean roars as I engulf myself in a different world
Tendrils twisted and curled
Amidst the treasures of the deep
Secrets whispers i shan't keep
And these pearls remain unfurled
Gently, a siren's call on the wind's embrace
My heart a sunken ship displaced
Longing for reprievel, lighthouse beam to dispel my hell upheaval
But alas, the undertow of memories past
Suffocation with every gasp
An anchor heavy as thoughts embrace
Forged from melancholy's alloyed trace
Yet still I swim in this sea of sorrow
Buoyed by ignorant hallucinations of tomorrow
