One single thing, but life moves faster
Each passing day, it's picking up speed

So much exists throughout our world
I'm not satisfied with one path
I know not every plan unfurls
But I can also do the math
We don't get many things to love
So why reduce what we could have
In truth, we just don't get enough

While some might call this outlook greed
I call it recompense from fate

For differences often mate
