As she entered the room
Mr Barrington was deprived of thought
And words it seemed
Were lost to his befuddled mind

As they were introduced
Her touch and smile had him reduced
To a child again
Seeing the world for the very first time

In silence they sat alone
Bewitched by her charms
He shuffled his feet
And wondered how his life had turned around

It all felt like a dream
This place and its secrets
And there she was, his life was transformed
He craved to remain within this delirium
