I was frozen up with fear, ashamed of the strength that I lacked
Why was I the one afraid?
Well just look at the facts
Got down on my knees and to the Lord I had plead
They said another minute late and she would've surely been dead
When she woke up, she couldn't keep her thoughts in her head
She had to spend her own birthday in a hospital bed
Fast forward a couple years later me and God made amends
Got told my dad has a tumor, he has surgery in ten
I didn't understand, I couldn't comprehend
Was this shit really happening all over again?
