But I punched the mirror and said I don’t want no more

When I walk back to my room the clock says AM and it reads 2:34

I put the game face on as my PlayStation turned on
I had more games, so what choice do I have?

My focus was on the wrong things that I prioritize
Chasing love that only exist when you fantasize
Seeing my friends struggle came as a surprise
I wonder should I be thankful that I’m selfishly alive
Some went through hardships that was worse than mine
And yet we still laugh at them and say that we’re the friendly kind
I wanna take a moment and pray for everyone’s wellbeing 
‘Cause this world is full of terror that’s gone sing
At the end of every season I have a face full of drooling tears
Writing a verse for my loved ones and fallen peers
