About Money Where Your Mouth Is [Japan CD]

"Put Your Money Where Your Mouth Is" is a song by Australian rock band Jet, and is the third track on their second album Shine On. It was released 18 September 2006 as the lead single from that album in the UK, peaking at #23 in the UK Singles Chart (see 2006 in British music). The song was released to American radio outlets on 7 August. The song is also featured in a new commercial for Verizon Wireless. The video for the song depicts the band performing in a room with an older look to the film, including crackles in the picture that intensify with the chorus. The song was used on advertisements for the Australian Football League 2006 Finals Series on Network Ten, along with Wolfmother's "Joker and the Thief". Both of these songs are featured in the video game MLB 07: The Show. Fox Sports has used the chorus frequently on commercial bumpers during its coverage of the 2006 World Series. It also was one of the songs in the game Saints Row 2 and in the pilot episode of the show Chuck. Also used in the TV series Sleepy Hollow (season 3, episode 3)
