Silencer is a Swedish one-man black metal band formed in 1995. The band is known for its atmospheric and melancholic music, with lyrical themes revolving around solitude, depression, and misanthropy. Silencer released their debut album "Death - Pierce Me" in 2001, which gained significant underground attention. The band disbanded in the early 2000s, and since then, there has been no new music released under the name Silencer.
