But they seem happy in the main

Who dyes her hair as black as tar
She might be scruffy but she’s clean
And she’s just crashed her old man’s car
To live at home just hurts her brain
And now she’s waiting for a train	

Fifteen minutes late but we’re assured
The engine’s racing like a freak
More than likely someone’s pulled the cord
And things are looking kind of bleak
But no one bothers to explain
We’re only waiting for a train
