Unachukwu Roy Gozie (born August 5, 1998) is a Nigerian rapper, singer, songwriter, record producer, and entrepreneur. Royrex is one of this generation’s rappers. Royrex, has been rapping since he was 5, spitting 'mumbles' which grew into hierarchical bars that people all over the world can vibe. Royrex started writing raps in the year 2014 after strafing out a lot of content from most of the artists he listened to. As a youngster he saw the top as the bottom, having in himself great faith that he could make it with just the snap of a finger. Long story short, things didn't work out that way. There was a lot of work left undone by this young rapper that even spitting sick bars like the ones Jay-Z, Eminem or Notorious B.I.G. would spit would get him nowhere close to the bread. Royrex released a cover of J. Cole's January 28TH off the 2014 'Forest Hill Drive' Album after couple of freestyles and open mic stands. 's The Box off the 2016 'Illegal Music 3' mixtape, he decided to stop for a moment and study the game. He did... The break came and no one heard anything from the rapper for days and months. All his social media pages were dormant and seemed like a dead zone. "Studying the game isn't pretty easy, you've gotta jump to get on some type 'o level" - uttered the rapper, when he's was asked about his recent dormancy. According to Royrex, he had to sit back and listen to top singles; ones that had received massive radio airplays, topped iTunes chart, amongst other rankings. He studied the content and management promotion and finally realised that most people would listen to a joint for two reasons; Relatable content, and the number of people vibing to the joint. Content is very strong, he said but the secular content wouldn't get people liberated from the chains they are bound by. Then he diverted his attention to more inspirational &
