Hello, we’re a band from Decatur, Illinois called Icon For Hire. We started this thing because we wanted to articulate the mad & lonely thoughts circling our heads...and when we did, we realized how un-alone we actually were. Our band started growing one kid at a time as we played dark basements and hardcore shows around the Midwest. We eventually signed with a label, which led to filing bankruptcy and reclaiming our independence. We now rely on the love and support of our fans to continue making music. (Source: Spotify bio)
