Phil Bauch

Phil Bauch was born on the 16th of February 1971 in Hamburg, Germany and is living in Málaga, Spain since 2011. Phil Bauch is a lead singer, guitarist pianist. He started making music with the band Finest Collection, a five member rock band, basically influenced by these days Rock, and named their style „Gentle-Rock“. In 1988 Finest Collection released a single under the label of Polysound with the two rock ballads „The Time Will Come“ and „When The Sun Is Going Down“. Finest Collection (by fans often called „FiCo“) was mainly focussed on live gigs and well known in northern Germany. Beside of this FiCo also wrote 2 musicals, performed in Germany and England. Apart from music Phil Bauch started working as a sound engineer. After that and up to now he is working as a video editor, graphic & motion designer, creative director for advertising campaigns, voice over and writer. He is also a passionate photographer. Apart from his daily work life Phil Bauch always went on with music, although lots of years not publishing nothing, and just playing a bit for his own and some pub jams. In April 2019 he finally decided to start again writing and composing and released the Singer/Songwriter ballad-style track "Little Song". The latest song, „Horizon’s shimmering bright“ (released in May 2020) is an emotional, positive good-vibes track, highly inspired by classical 80’s rock and coming up with surprising variations in the instrumental arrangement.
