I don't know the artist. This is what I'm trying to find out. All I have is some lyrics. It is sung (talking actually) by a native indian man. It has the sound of a static wind (must be his vision) and the Kettle drums groove in between the talking.

I dreamt I saw a beautiful lady, I said "beautiful lady' I could see her lips smile a little.
She told me she had no legs.
I said beautiful lady, you do have legs.
Look down below your waist and you'll see you do have legs.
