Wipe the footprints off my dash
 
Tore a piece off ain't gettin' it back
Threw it in the wind, I just had to laugh
It's outta here 
 
 
I took a little shower out in the rain
Reached for the one with that stain
Nothing left to dry this mane
I watched it disappear 
It ain't nothin' but a used up towel 
 
 
Still using it don't know how
Never part of the laundry pile
Never saw the need to clean it

It's all tattered- naturally
I really gotta throw it out now
