Dream

by Vaughn Monroe

Vaughn Wilton Monroe (October 7, 1911 – May 21, 1973) was an American baritone singer, trumpeter and big band leader and actor, most popular in the 1940s and 1950s. He has two stars on the Hollywood Walk of Fame for recording and radio.

Dream, when you're feeling blue
Dream, that's the thing to do
Just watch the smoke rings
Rise in the air
You'll find your share
Of memories there
So, dream, when the day is through
Dream, and they might come true
Things, never are as bad as they seem
So dream, dream, dream
Things, never are as bad as they seem
So dream, dream all your cares away
