End Title

by The Lovin' Spoonful

The Lovin' Spoonful is an American rock band of the 1960s, named to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2000. When asked about his band, leader John Sebastian said it sounded like a combination of "Mississippi John Hurt and Chuck Berry," prompting his friend, Fritz Richmond, to suggest the name "Lovin' Spoonful" from a line in Hurt's song, "Coffee Blues".[citation needed]

Well have you been fishin' all the time
I'm goin' fishin' too
Well I bet your life, love and wife, can catch more fish than you
Any fish bite if you got good bait
And here's a little something I would like to relate
Come along fishin'
Instead of just wishin'
You'd been fishin' too
