The track reached No. 11 on the Cash Box Top 100 and No. 12 on the Billboard Hot 100. It was her final appearance in the 'Top 40' of the U. S. Pop Singles chart."Love Power" was Osborne's only Number One Adult Contemporary hit (although he had previously reached No. 2 on that chart), and it would be Osborne's last appearance in the Top 40 of the U.
